How Far Away is the Future was made with photographs I took from streaming surveillance cameras I found online. In the subtitles, the voices of the observers and the observed alternate. The writing was influenced by studies on animals describing how built environments are virtually mapped in the body, as well as what it feels like to live with the awareness that we are being watched.
